Here's what you'll need to do to log into your new
Motiva Breach Prevention Platform:

01
Look for the Welcome Email in your inbox. Click the link to be taken to the Motiva Breach Prevention Platform login screen.
IF you have Office 365 you have access to Single Sign On and you won't need a password to log in! Just enter your email address.
Step

Click on "Edit Profile" under your name on the upper left hand side. On the bottom of the next page, you will set up a Screen Name.

Approve your Policies. Under the policies tab, you can review all your Cybersecurity and Compliance policies. Click Acknowledge when done.

Start your Cyber Training! Your courses will become available, complete with quizzes, so you can stay on top of Cyber Threats.

Add in a Micro Training! Micro Trainings rotate regularly so there will always be new content for you to stay aware and Cyber Safe!

Why do I have to change security platforms?
As part of our ongoing commitment to your security, we're rolling out this new and upgraded platform.
Benefits of our new Motiva Breach Prevention Platform include:

When can I expect moving to the new Platform?
Welcome emails will be rolling out over the next few weeks so keep an eye on your inbox!
How do I log in?
You'll get a welcome email from us with a link to your new account! It's that simple.
If you’re already on Office 365 and use those credentials to sign into your computer with – you just have to enter your email to sign in! We’ve enabled Single Sign On for you.
If you currently don’t have Office 365, please reach out to our sales team to get upgraded or click below:
Will I get any other emails from this new platform?
Yes! You'll get an email Every Thursday of the month.
The first three emails will be reminders of the new Micro-Training videos for your team.
The last email of the month will be an engaging, informative security newsletter!
What about Phishing Simulation emails? Will I get those?
Yes!
Email phishing scams are the leading cause of security incidents. The only way to avoid falling for a phishing scam? Practice, awareness, and a conscious effort. Our program automatically sends you and your staff fake phishing emails, called phishing simulations, to test training retention and how you would fare during a real attack
How will I know how my company is doing?
Get insight into your company's human security threats at a glance. Factoring in metrics such as training performance, program participation, and credential exposure, our Employee Secure Score - or ESS - analyzes your staff's potential security risk to your organization.
Staff is assigned high, medium, and low-risk scores and given recommendations to reduce your organization's overall risk level. You can view these on the dashboard.
